This website has no measured environmental impact. However, the human behind it might have negative environmental impact. Aforementioned human has solar panels on his roof and air source heat pump. On the other hand, he drives a car on a regular basis and buys new electronics every few years.

It is worth noticing though, that this website, similarly to Peanut Butter has has no effect on the rotation of the earth.
